PAYMENTS & FEES

Other than the Retainer Fee, Pleasant Escapes does NOT collect payments directly for any client's trip.  We have our clients fill out a credit card authorization form so that we can pay the supplier (hotel/resort, airline, cruise line, trip excursion provider, etc) directly.  This gives you, our valued client, added assurance that your trip details, including payments, are being handled with the utmost integrity and security. There may be instances when we partner with another company for some bookings.

 

Depending on the type of trip, the partnering company and/or Pleasant Escapes may collect payments directly in order to pay the appropriate vendor.

As a travel agency that focuses on “Packaging Power’, our clients anticipate services beyond a simple booked reservation. Instead, our clients expect personalized attention and carefully designed itineraries. In order to enjoy such a high-caliber of service, we charge a Retainer/Consultation fee for our time and expertise.
